Nexbour ("we", "us") is operated by Johann Ruz Vidal as a sole individual based in Dublin, Ireland. Nexbour is a platform that helps residential communities connect.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Nexbour. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. You agree to provide accurate information when you sign up and join a community.
Nexbour is built on trust between neighbours. You agree not to post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, fraudulent, or that violates others' privacy. You agree not to use Nexbour to spam, scam, or harm other members. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
You keep ownership of the content you post (notices, listings, messages). By posting, you grant us a limited licence to display and distribute that content within your community for the purpose of operating the service.
Nexbour lets neighbours list and discover items and services. We are not a party to any transaction between members. We do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of items, and we are not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers. Use common sense and meet safely.
We work hard to keep Nexbour running, but we provide the service "as is" and cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may change or discontinue features over time.
To the extent permitted by law, Nexbour is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including interactions with other members.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On deletion, your personal data is removed as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
